POC's Calyx borrows its low-profile shape from both ski and cycling helmet design, and the result is a helmet that disappears on your head instead of sitting like a bucket. An ABS hardshell bonds to a dual-density EPS liner for graduated protection, and MIPS Evolve is built in to help manage rotational impact forces.

Deep ventilation channels move air constantly, with fabric-covered openings that let air in without letting windchill in behind it, and a 360° fit system adjusts down flush against the head when you're not wearing it. A RECCO reflector is sewn in as standard, giving searchers a better shot at locating you if things go wrong off-piste.
